Do you have a passion for the property investment industry? Well here is an opportunity to use your proven consultative and relationship building success in a property investment consultative role.
You will be advising your client base on investment property opportunities in the residential market. By delivering an in-depth and highly researched presentation to first time and seasoned property investors, you will be helping them to build a portfolio of properties for the long term. This is not real estate and turnover of stock, this is about helping your clients build a strong asset base.
Your clients will know they are dealing with industry experts who are offering them ‘best in class’ property investment opportunities nationally, selected through the most up-to-date and in-depth commercial criteria.
We want our consultants to build a business for the long term, with a loyal and growing client pool, so you will undergo a comprehensive induction training course followed by mentoring and state and head office support. You will have the flexibility to plan your day and your week and therefore manage your own time effectively.
A good understanding of the investment property industry (economic, industry and demographic drivers etc) plus a solid territory management or business to consumer sales history is well regarded.
